Grant Funded Training

Find out how you may be eligible for up to £1000 of funding towards your CAD training.

The Learning and Skills Council's "Leadership and Management Programme" is specifically aimed at supporting leaders and senior managers to enhance their business-building and leadership skills with the aim of fostering greater business growth.

How does my company qualify?
Your company may qualify if it:

employs between 5 and 249 people
Is not already receiving funding from Learning and Skills Council
Presents delegates that are from an EU country or have lived in an EU country for 3 years.

If you meet the above requirements you could benefit from up to £1,000 of grant support. The first £500 of this support does not require any contribution from the employer, however, a subsequent £500 is available if the employer is prepared to match it. Therefore if you invested £1,500 in training you would be refunded £1,000.

What training can I put this funding towards?
Training does not need to be qualification based, but it should be for your development or for someone in your business who has "strategic responsibility" as well. The funding can be applied to any of the courses offered by Cadspec at our fully equipped training centres. The application can be for more than one course and for a number of employees.
