Making Light Work Of The Problem Through Training And Support.

Thorlux Lighting are designers, manufacturers and suppliers of professional lighting systems. Following a cold call in 2008, Cadspec made an appointment to go in and see them. After a lengthy and extremely productive discussion Cadspec offered solutions to the problems Thorlux were having and outlined the benefits of working with them for support and training. Thorlux at this point had enough confidence to move their support contract to Cadspec and book 2010 upgrade training at the Worcester offices. 
 

The Challenge

When Thorlux moved from Autodesk Mechanical Desktop to Autodesk Inventor, although they found Inventor easy to use, when used in conjunction with their existing document management system they encountered no end of problems.

The Solution

Thorlux worked with Cadspec to install Inventor 2010 and migrate their old document management system across to Vault 2010. They also moved their support contract from their existing supplier to Cadspec and booked 2010 Upgrade training at Cadspec's Worcester offices.
