Adrian began working life in the Graphic Design industry, before transitioning into Product Design, Manufacturing, and AEC when joining Stanford Marsh Group in 1992.
He has built broad commercial and technical expertise across the business, from high-value capital equipment to CAD software solutions. Now as Group Director, Adrian leads a specialist team of CAD/CAM and Additive Manufacturing professionals.
A committed advocate of continuous development, Adrian is a lifetime member of the Ashridge Business School. He actively applies these principles to strengthen performance and capability across SMG.
Sales & Business Director
Richard Parkes is Sales & Business Director at Cadspec, with over 20 years’ experience in design and manufacturing and a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Since joining Cadspec in 2010, he has helped manufacturing, engineering and construction organisations achieve measurable outcomes by aligning technology and process improvement to our customers business objectives.
Today, he leads Cadspec’s commercial strategy and a team of specialists delivering high-value business consultancy and scalable solutions to UK and global industries.
Technical Manager
Robert Powers is Technical Manager at Cadspec, where he specialises in BIM, automation, and the Autodesk AEC portfolio, helping organisations improve efficiency and make better use of digital construction technologies.
With 45 years of industry experience and a background in mechanical engineering, Robert has worked across a wide range of sectors, developing a deep understanding of both design and delivery challenges within the built environment. Throughout his career, he has provided consultancy, training, and technical support, working closely with teams to optimise workflows, improve coordination, and embed digital tools into everyday practice.
Marketing Manager
Catherine has spent over 15 years immersed in the manufacturing and engineering sector, building a career around helping businesses better position, market, and grow their products and services.
With a strong background in digital marketing and a natural talent for networking, she connects people, ideas, and opportunities to drive meaningful results. She understands how to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with the right audiences.
Her passion for manufacturing runs deep – it’s an industry she genuinely loves and one that continues to excite her every day.
Head of Customer Success
Jennie is Head of Customer Success at Cadspec, focused on building lasting relationships and helping customers realise real value from their solutions, bringing a thoughtful, hands-on approach to client support.
With a background in customer service, sales, and account management, Jennie has a strong understanding of what great customer experience looks like. She also has experience implementing CRM systems and improving data management processes to enhance visibility and efficiency.
Taking a holistic approach, Jen considers the full customer journey to deliver a seamless, positive experience, ensuring customers feel supported and set up for long-term success.
Business Solutions Manager
With a professional background in architecture and spatial design, Lee Valentine brings a broad perspective shaped by experience in public art, BIM, and digital delivery.
At Cadspec, he works closely with organisations across construction, engineering, and manufacturing, advising on cloud adoption, automation, digital twins, and CPQ workflows to help businesses improve efficiency and build more connected, scalable operations.
CAM Applications Engineer
CAD/CAM Applications Engineer with extensive experience in Autodesk PowerMill, PowerShape, PowerInspect, and Fusion, delivering advanced precision manufacturing solutions across multiple industries.
A strong background in industries such as motorsport, aerospace, automotive, and mould and die tooling. Combining practical expertise with technical excellence to optimise manufacturing processes and drive efficiency.
Training Success Manager
With over a decade of experience in organisation and coordination, including five years at Cadspec, Amber specialises in developing and refining the delivery of high-impact training solutions across the AEC, manufacturing (MFG), and CAM sectors.
She works closely with both the technical and sales teams at Cadspec to create a seamless and well-supported learning experience from initial enquiry through to course completion. Drawing on her detailed knowledge of the course portfolio, she helps guide individuals towards the most suitable training options and ensures they are fully supported throughout their learning journey.
Manufacturing Application Engineer
Adam is a Manufacturing Applications Engineer with over 15 years of experience across automotive and technical training, specialising in the Autodesk product portfolio.
He has a strong background in product design and manufacturing, and in addition to Autodesk Inventor he works extensively with tools such as Woodwork4Inventor (WW4I), Tube & Pipe, Cable & Harness, and AutoCAD Electrical, allowing him to support complex, multi-disciplinary projects end to end.
As an Autodesk Certified Instructor and Inventor Certified Professional, Adam draws on his automotive and quality experience to identify workflow weaknesses, translate them into practical improvements, and strengthen trainees’ skills and confidence in real-world project environments.
Programmer
I have worked at Cadspec for a total of eight years, gaining experience across a range of roles – from administration to my current position in software development. This progression has provided me with valuable insight into multiple areas of the business, as well as a strong understanding of our customers’ needs.
I studied Games Development at university, where I contributed to several live projects using technologies such as Unity, Unreal Engine, and PlayStation 5 SDKs.
For the past five years, I have worked as a Software Developer at Cadspec, contributing to large-scale projects across the architectural and mechanical industries. My work has included developing online configurators and digital twin solutions.
Application Developer
I am a software developer with over 12 years of experience in the technology sector, specialising in Revit and Unity development while working across a wider range of technologies and disciplines.
At Cadspec, I create innovative tools and bespoke real-time solutions that streamline workflows and automate processes across the AEC industry. I manage projects end-to-end, from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring each solution is both technically robust and aligned with client needs. My work is driven by a strong focus on practical outcomes, efficiency gains, and delivering measurable value to clients.
Manufacturing Application Engineer
With over two decades of experience in the construction and water industries, I have developed my career as an Engineering Manager, Mechanical Design Engineer, and Draughtsman.
I have a strong foundation in producing detailed technical drawings alongside designing efficient engineering solutions using tools like Autodesk Inventor and Revit. I enjoy leading teams, solving complex challenges, and contributing to projects that support critical infrastructure and water systems.
Manufacturing CAD Application Engineer
Joe graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Product Design in 2005 and has worked in industry as a Product Design Engineer for around 17 years, mainly in the lighting industry.
He has worked on projects from sketch-to-release for catalogue items, special adaptions and completely bespoke products covering many lighting applications but also has experience in handheld devices, user centred design and process and operations efficiencies.
CAM Specialist
I’ve spent over fourty years working across aerospace, automotive, military, and medical sectors, specialising in CAE with a strong focus on CAM, post processors, CAD, and associated technologies, over the past six years with Cadspec.
Alongside industry work, I spent twelve years as a senior university lecturer in mechanical engineering as a dual professional.
My background is grounded in practical engineering, advanced manufacturing workflows, and the integration of digital toolchains into real‑world production environments.

Beginning my career as an electronics engineer in telecommunications, I moved into CAD in 1989 and have since developed deep expertise across the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sectors, with additional experience in drainage design.
My work centres on empowering teams through high‑quality training, workflow optimisation, and technical guidance. I support organisations in adopting efficient digital design practices, improving collaboration, and strengthening their overall project delivery through modern CAD and BIM methodologies.
AEC Application Engineer
With a background in mechanical engineering and over nine years of experience working in Italy as a design engineer, Alex has built a career around delivering practical, project-driven CAD solutions. He combines strong technical expertise with a hands-on approach, helping bridge the gap between design and real-world application.
As an Autodesk Certified Instructor and Revit Certified Professional, he has trained more than 500 individuals, focusing on enabling professionals to use Autodesk tools effectively in real project environments. His work is centred on improving workflows, increasing efficiency, and ensuring that digital tools are applied in a way that delivers clear, tangible results.
Digital Solutions Specialist
Alex is one of our Consultant’s at Cadspec with over 8 years’ experience advising design, manufacturing and AEC organisations on digital manufacturing strategy, technology investment and operational performance.
With a background spanning product design, engineering systems, SaaS implementation and digital transformation, he helps businesses align technology with commercial objectives, improve operational efficiency, and build scalable capability for long-term growth. An author and award-winning product design professional, he also contributes to the wider industry through his involvement with the Worshipful Company of Horners and as a judge for Design Innovation in Plastics.

Sales Manager and Consultancy Specialist at Cadspec Ltd with over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing and engineering, specialising in Autodesk CAD/CAM solutions, post processors and training.

Technical Sales Specialist
Nemanja started his engineering career as a tool maker providing tooling for Automotive Industry. He soon gravitated towards Applications Engineering where he received a deep understanding of CNC machines and software used to program them.
Before Cadspec he oversaw turnkey projects for one of the largest Machine Tool manufacturers in the world- from sales to installation to aftersales.
Marketing Executive
With over a decade of marketing and design experience, Hayley supports the development and delivery of Cadspec’s marketing initiatives, from creating high-quality content and targeted campaigns to coordinating the company’s presence at industry tradeshows and events.
Hayley plays a key role in communicating the value of Cadspec’s advanced CAD, CAM and digital design solutions, highlighting how innovation in design, manufacturing and digital workflows can drive real business value
Customer Success Manager
My career has always been anchored in mechanical engineering and manufacturing. Starting from the shop floor as a machinist, to progressing through design roles and later into sales, account management, and software training.
CAD has always been my first love throughout my career, forming the foundation of my technical skillset and shaping the way I approach problem-solving. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong and reliable technical grounding, built on hands-on experience and a deep understanding of industry tools and workflows.
Customer Success Manager
Laura Moss is a Customer Success Manager at Cadspec, supporting customers with their Autodesk software, training, and services.
She enjoys working alongside architectural and construction clients, providing clear, practical support with account queries, software issues, and day-to-day use of their software. With 20 years of customer-facing experience, Laura focuses on being as helpful and supportive as possible. She takes pride in being a reliable point of contact and has something of a well-known (and unapologetic) addiction to problem solving.
