As our Application Engineers are customer facing, they are aware of industry challenges and can provide effective solutions developed from experience in multiple industry sectors.
To maintain a productive and developing design team, you can rely on the technical support and expertise we provide.
We provide technical support through three distinct channels. The first is telephone and email support, which is available through our dedicated technical team. You can access this service by calling our helpline during normal office hours, five days a week. Our team is trained to provide fast and effective solutions to your queries.
The second option is remote support, where we log in to your PC using an online web service. This enables us to remotely control your PC and promptly resolve any issues you may be experiencing.
Finally, we offer on-site support for customers who prefer a more collaborative approach. Our engineers can work alongside your team to communicate and troubleshoot any problems you may be facing.
Cadspec’s technical support can be purchased in packages, depending on the level of support you anticipate you will need.
