Step 1: Register as a Training Delegate

Once you book your Autodesk training course with Cadspec, you will receive a link to our Delegate Registration Form.

This form helps us prepare for your training by gathering important details such as:

• Your contact information
• Previous experience with Autodesk software
• The specific topics you want to cover
• Any dietary requirements

This allows our trainers to tailor the course content where possible, ensuring you get the most from your Revit, AutoCAD or Autodesk software training.

Step 2: Course Confirmation and Autodesk Learning Account

After submitting your registration form, you will receive a confirmation email from Cadspec confirming your training course is scheduled.

We will also register your course with Autodesk. You will then receive a separate email inviting you to log in or create your Autodesk Learning account.

This account allows you to:

• Track your training progress
• Access course details
• View your certification after completing the course

It is an important part of your Autodesk authorised training experience.

Step 3: Receive Your Course Details

Around two weeks before the training date, you will receive a detailed course invitation.

This will include:

• Course dates and timings
• Trainer information
• Directions to the training facility
• Key information for the day

If you are attending remotely, you will also receive the Zoom access details for your online Autodesk training session.

Arriving for Your Autodesk Training in Worcester

If you are attending in-person Autodesk training at Cadspec’s Worcester facility, free parking is available at the rear of the building.

When you arrive:

1. Walk to the front entrance
2. Buzz reception
3. Our team will welcome you and show you to the training room

Our aim is to make the day relaxed and easy from the moment you arrive.

Getting Settled Before the Course Starts

Each delegate will have their own training workstation equipped with the required Autodesk software.

You will also receive:

• A printed training manual
• Post-course reference guides
• Access to course exercises

Before the session begins, you are welcome to enjoy tea, coffee and biscuits while everyone gets settled.

Your instructor will then introduce the course and outline what you will be covering during the day.

• Receive guidance on accessing their certification
• Learn how to access training records in their Autodesk Learning account
